VA Supreme Court Awards bc&j solutions Mediation Services Contract
bc&j solutions, LLC has been awarded a contract to provide mediation services for Virginia's Prince William General District Court by the Supreme Court of Virginia. The contract, commencing July 1, 2011, is in effect until June 30, 2012. Thomas M. Rapone, bc&j solutions vice president is certified as a mediator by the Virginia Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution in the General District Court. bc&j solutions now offers a Workplace Mediation for Managers workshop in addition to its flagship program, The Smart Negotiator!^®

Lockheed Martin Corporation has elected to extend the enterprise-wide purchasing agreement designating bc&j solutions as a preferred supplier for its negotiation skills training. The agreement has been extended through December 2012. The Smart Negotiator!^® Approved for VA Attorneys' MCLEs
The VA State Bar's Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board has accredited bc&j solutions' workshop, The Smart Negotiator!^®. VA attorneys participating in the one-day program can receive 7 credit hours of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education toward their re-certification requirements. The next workshop is being offered on Thursday September 16th, 2010 at George Mason University's Prince William Campus in Manassas VA just prior to the October 31 MCLE completion deadline. The VA Supreme Court's Division of Dispute Resolution Services has approved The Smart Negotiator!^® workshop as part of its Continuing Mediation Education program. Mediators who participate in the workshop can receive 7 hours of General Mediation Credits that count toward their re-certification requirements. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted bc&j solutions, LLC a service trademark for its flagship negotiation skills training program, The Smart Negotiator! The mark identifies and distinguishes ownership of the phrase and the training that bears its name. Use of the mark registration symbol "®" provides notice to all parties as to bc&j solutions' federal registration rights. Registration Number 2,958,623 was granted by the USPTO on May 31, 2005.
