Workshop Tuition
Tuition for The Smart Negotiator! one-day workshop is $395.  Pre-registration is required.  Space is limited in each workshop.  Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Tuition includes all workshop materials, continental breakfast, snacks and beverages.  Lunch is on your own.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be granted within the 30 days prior to the workshop.   Any request  prior to that is subject to a $50 processing fee.   Registrations can be transferred to another session.  No shows will not be refunded or transferred.

Attorneys and Mediators (MCLEs &/or CMEs)
The Smart Negotiator! has been approved for 7.5 MCLE hours by the VA State Bar's VA Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board and 7 CME hrs (G) by the VA Supreme Court's Division of Dispute Resolution Services for Continuing Mediation Education.  Please indicate your certification requirements on your registration.
